Plots in Varthur Road (Parallel road) – Escon Builders –Adithya Homes

Hello Jayesh,

I have seen a fully developed residential layout 5km inside to Varthur road. I should say that raods are well tar roads. This road goes and connects to parralle raod of Varthur-Sarjapur road. They are asking for 1000Rs/SqFt.Pls let me know your suggestion on this. This property is 10km from the Forum Value Mall.The new Infosys Campus(SEZ) coming in Sarjapur will be 6km from this project.It is 13acres with 180 plots. They are planning 2nd phase behind this project. I am looking for investment with a 3 year holding period.

Thanks for your answer. I would check the documents with the lawyer.

By the way, from this project, the NH207 is almost 6 to 7 km away. I am not sure where the STRR is coming up? This project is approved by BMRDA. Is BMRDA approval a good sign to go ahead?

The sales guy was telling that the BDA is in the process of acquiring 10000acres of land for residential layout and the farmers in that area is already given the second notice.

hi Baijuts, how far is this layout from schools like greenwood high and Inventure.Exactly what is the location of layout? how was your experience and what was the final rate you settled on? are sites still available.

It is 6 to 7 Km’s Chrysalis High School, and . Phase 1, sites are sold off in a months time.

They have acquired land around this project and will be luanching 2nd phase shortly, may be in aug-2012. They have completed projects and ameneties.

We saw this Escon Adithya HOmes and was thinking to invest in the same. But can you please confirm how far this will be from proposed Peripheral ring road and STRR and can they evacuate layouts that are BMRDA approved also?
