I decided to take plot in ozone urban.I am looking for investment for 5 years.Currently 3390 psf they are offering which seems to be high, but considering north bangalore and near to the airport should have good returns.The cost is negotiable.What do you think i sj\hould buy at what price and it is good investment for 5 years(50% upfront and 50% on loan i will pay).Kindly advise pls .Eagerly awaiting your reply
