Hi Debadutta, The approvals have been taken from the concerned authorities and the permission to move the High Voltage Poles has been granted/allowed during the period of May-June ’12 as it is the time the maintenance work is carried out. The Pashmina group has conducted a feasibility study of shifting the poles and replacing the same with the latest Technology (imported from China). Because of this the project of 8 towers is split into two phases and the 1st phase (4 towers) would take 2 years from Nov 2011 and the work on the 2nd phase (4 towers) will commence as soon as the poles have been shifted.

The project is a very good bet for your investment where as appreciation and amenities are concerned as the Hoskote Road is going to see a lot of action in the coming  months with loads of Commercial, Residential and Retail projects lined up for launch. Hello,

It is June 2013 now and power lines are still not removed. Also the completion of phase I is projected as June 2015.

Do you think already 1.5 years delay creates lot of doubts…
