I would like to make investment in any of the Bangalore Properties which have good return prospect and must be somewhere in south Bangalore. I looked into some of the properties of Sobha/brigade/Prestige. Would be interested in buying 4BHK+Servant in Prestige Fern Residency. Can some one let me know the best offer? The entry of the flat must be North or NE and south side it should be open.
