Prestige Layouts like Glen Morgan, White Rose
Can anyone throw some light on these layouts having Prestige’s name, but not being developed by them? Why has Prestige left these undeveloped?
What is the price at these layouts? Are they good buy?

Thanks for your reply. I have done further research into these places and have come to understand following things:
- Apparently, Prestige GlenMorgan (PGM) was developed more than 10-15 years ago, as per info I gathered from www.indianrealestateboard.com. “Prestige sold the project to Chaithanya for development. Chaithanya dumped in the middle. So between Prestige and Chaithanya, the development never happened.” Right now, they have an owners association, tarred roads and some 8 houses. Not sure about other amenities. Ads talk about club house, swimming pool etc though.
- Info from the same source suggests that, projects like PGM and Laughing waters have similar legal issues. They were approved by village panchayat. Later when they came under BBMP, some owners went for BBMP Khata, while others did not. Buyers should be aware of this.
- PGM is near a slum area, and I suppose this has dissuaded certain buyers.
- Prestige is coming up with White Meadows, Mayberry 1 and 2 near this area, and may be once these come up, we will see some improvement in this area.
- White Rose is behind Café Coffee Day, towards the front of Hotel Savannah. This is neither marked physically nor on web maps. These plots are large, 9000 sqft and above. The rates that agents quote are similar to PGM however has absolutely no amenities as of now.

Not very sure about these layout that you mention. But I heard Prestige Laughing Waters had legal issues and the owners had to go for an out of court settlement. Just an instance and probably there were more such cases before.
An agent took us and showed us plots in White Rose. Any idea if this property is still has some legal issues? does it has BBMP katha..etc?
One of agent told me about a plot in White Rose. He is quoting 2750/- per sft, which looks high to me. What is the current prevalent rate at white rose? Is there any legal issue with this layout?
Please throw some light on these questions.

Is it a good time to buy, i found a seller for plot 30×80 South facing and is quoting more than 4000 per sq ft.
