Price of apartment in Vanshee Richfields

Hi,
I’m looking at buying an apartment in Marthahalli – Outer Ring Road area and come across a resale a property in Vanshee Richfields apartment. The price quoted is in the range of 5100 per sq.ft. It is a 10 years old apartment. Anyone knows the price going on that apartment? Is it a good idea to buy an apartment which is 10 years old? How is the reputation of the builder?
Plz provide your suggestions.

Hi,
A friend of mine has bought an apartment around Rs.4300/- sq.ft very recently (three months back). Heard that another apartment was also being sold at the similar price. So, my guess is that price of around Rs.4500/- might be suitable price. Anything more might be expensive considering that the apartment is 10-11 years old and any appreciation would not be possible from this point onwards.
It is always good to buy an resale apartment which is less than 5 years old.
