Hi,

I came across Pride Springfield being built in Uttarahalli – Kanakapura Road area. Has anyone bought a property there and tell me how is your experience with the builder and the  legal aspects of the project? They claim to have BBMP approval and approval from many banks for loan.

I am currently living abroad and have some constraint doing proper due diligence. Your inputs will definitely help me make a decision.
