Prisha Orchids on Thanisandra main road

Hi,

There is a new project named Prisha Orchids near Thanisandra main road, I couldn’t find much reviews on google so wanted to get more opinions about the builder and the project. Please let me know if you guys have some information or if you are also interested in this project.

Prisha is sister company of Golden Gate, the same one which has a project @ yeshwanthpurcalled ‘Golden Gate Grand’. The project is delayed by 8 years……. better stay away from this builder. They are another frauds from Andhra

I need your expert opinion on the resale value of Prisha Orchids and what would be the rental returns after possesion?

Also I see very less dicussion on this project.Seems it has no demand.

Building is 13 year old & still work is ongoing. No maintenance inspite of people staying here.Builder is broke so forget about OC.Due to delay lot of issue with the existing infra except more spacious apartment nothing much you are going to get. Tension for life so think before buying 1000 time.
