Project Review GM infinite Daffodils

Does any one, have info about GM Infinite Daffodils – Hessarghatta main road near Yeshwanthpur.
I had a vist to the site.This project has no common walls and has 2 BHK starting from 57 Lakhs and 3 BHK from 69 Lakhs
Does it sound to be good investment plan ? If we would compare this with Mantri Aura Hennur road. Which of them would be a good option ?
Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

69 L for an apartment which is as good as independent home is priced reasonably. I don’t feel it’s highest. Kumar properties completely cramped And for any daily needs you need to travel almost 2 kms wheres daffodils, it’s just 5 mins walk. Also GM Infinite is offering interiors similar to model flat at the same price, this is a very good option. So, i like this property and booked 2 units last week.

I have seen modal flat , and not very much aware of that location, 69 L inclusive all seems to be bit overprice to me, so i dropped it, this is truly my views,
If you want to buy in that location, I like kumar properties project, and they are also launching new phase exactly at same location…
