Projects At Panathur Road, Behind Cessna Business Park, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road.

Does anybody know about the below projects, constructing at Panathur Road.
1) Vandana Tejyesh (Vandana Infra Builds)
2) Chourasia Manor Phase-II (VKC Builders)
If anybody has any information about these two mentioned projects and builders. Kindly share your information/views on that with me. I am really very interested to invest on some property at Panathur Road, Behind Cessna Business Park, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Near Horizon Gurukul School, But I am not able to decide anything.
I am looking for some genuine projects and builders in that same location, who can provide me proper legal documents like, CC and OC(Mandatory) with <55Lacs INR and these two projects I’ve found who are confidently committing me about all those legal documents in my same budget.
If anyone has any opinion or experiences with these builders. Kindly post/share your experiences/opinion/views.

Hey Madhusudhan,
Yeah I had a conversation with Asha. It wasn’t answer but it was a suggestion/offer about another project at the same location. The project is nice though. Still in talks with Asha.
