Looking for a 3BHK apartment in Yeshwanthpur as I want to move out of rajajinagar. I need some suggestions on good properties in this area. Can anybody help me out with best properties which get me good rents? Also what is the current rate going on in that area?

hey, brigade gateway, renaissance temple bells, assetz lumos and phoenix are some of the best in the area. I personally liked lumos as it is better in terms of construction and price as they are offering 7250/sq ft. That is the best rate at the moment as per propoerty portals. You’ll also fetch good rents as there are many companies coming up in that area and demand is high for rental properties.
