I have planned to invest for 3BHK flat approx Rs 50 to 55 Lacks. Location preferably at White field. I have checked at BM Rosewood  for 3 BHK floor area 1473 Sqft and cost Rs 44 Lacks (Basic Coast) and Overall cost is Rs 54 lacks approx. Let me know the status of the Builder and document is worth to invest? Please suggest.
