Hello Guyz,
I am looking for 3 bhk flat in gated community society with possession maximum by next year. Can anyone please suggest some property. I am looking on Outer Ring Road (ORR) strectch. Max budget 80lakh all inclusive.

Real Estate is under tremendous pressure. Builders have piled up unsold apartments, not enough buyers at the current price level.
It is not advisable to buy in-progress properties as the risk of completion is high and at best it will not be without any delay.
I have heard from some sources that around February impact will start showing up.
