I was staying in that area. The area is good and within the city. However do check the credentials of the builders there. The appartment I was staying had a very bad construction quality. There were lots of issues with the construction like water sipage etc. Also kindly note that there is very acute (rather severe) water shortage in that area. You will be at the mercy of the Water tankers. bcz even borewells hit dry patch. So considering this your maintenance can hit roof top few months in a year. Apart from that everything is good in that area. I would suggest you to go for some appartment which has a bigger and well managed society like Harsha Pride, Keethi Rivera  etc.

Yes, I am aware about the severe water crisis in that area, Anyways I have dropped my plans of looking for houses in that locality.
