I am keen on Purva Midtown project in K.R Puram. I would like to know if anyone has booked in Purva Midtown. Also, do you see any issues with this project (apart from the underpass and railway line) ?

Hi Srinivas, 

Good to know that you have booked. I am yet to book but still very keen.

Is it legally clear? Also, do you know the distance between the railway track and property?

Are you a part of a any buyer’s forum for Purva Midtown? Let me know too.

They have said the completion date is 2014 Dec. Do you forsee any delay?
