I’m also interested in this project. But one of their villa projects called  “Pushpalok” is located in TamilNadu which is just 200m away from the end of the Karnataka border and it is approved by DTCP.  Is there any advantage/disadvantage of buying this DTCP approved project.???? how about the price per sqft in that area. currently they are quoting around 2400/sqft.. Is it worth for buying????  Could any one of you provide your valuable thoughts/suggestion about this???

did anyone finalize on this project? what is your view please?

I  decided to go for this after seeing Pushpalok project from the same builder. Comparative advantages with this project are value for money, bigger BUA and the close to one acre central park, disadvantage is that it is little interior. There is a proposed 45 ft road which is in the 2015 master plan for Bangalore adjoining this project, if it comes up this would be  good.
