It is located at Kagallipura on Kanakapura road. It is almost 10km from Nice road. The project is ard a km inside from the main road. The layout seemed to be well developed and the amenities are yet to be done.Currently one of the good layout ard that area, having said that my experience withe the SLV management has been pretty bad. Firstly like  most real estate companies known for bad governance, this is no different, in fact they are worse. They push for complete cash transactions even though they claim projects to be approved by few banks.  Secondly they go back and forth on their committed price and after taking booking amount they find new ways of adding costs like Katha, maintenance etc.. And even the customer service is not good as they are least bothered after taking the booking amount.
