Sir,
i’m planning to buy a plot in Golden Valley villa project by Prishti (?spelling) on NICE Road-Mysore Road layout.
I read a lot of negetive reviews in ur site; most of them apartment project customers reg quality of construction and delay in delivery. In the absence of major construction in this project (being only layout development, what are the risk factors? If not his project, any good simillar project near mysore road? Purpose is abt 3 yrs investment plan. invstmt amt around 50 – 75 lacs. pls advise

Risk Factors with residential land
- Are the titles clear?
- Are approvals in place?
- Will the developer deliver all the promised amenities?
My biggest concern with private layouts has been that most people are investors and sometimes it takes years to see any kind of development. Within your budget why are you not looking for a site in BSK 6th stage?
