I’m looking out for a 2BHK in HM World City – Indigo.
I have questions like
Have they given the OC to the existing occupants?
Also I read that they have not let the Association to be formed and the builders themselves have lodged cases against owners.How far it is true?
They told that the entire project would take 2020 to get completed and for time being they have given interim Amenities to the residents. Is that correct?
STP that is currently available I heard is illegal.
Can someone who has already purchased/residing there throw some light whether I should go ahead with this?

You May Visit the HM World City and check with the 500 families living there.
About OC you need not to worry about without the legal documents they will not allow to live anyone and government will also do the same.
