Query on SLS Sunny Garden

Hello, i have been searching for a review on SLS sunny gardens but could not find any. My formost concern is about the reputation of the builder. I see a lot of negative reviews and am totally confused on them. I would also like to know if there is anyone who have checked the documents. The sails guy told me that SBI has approved this project but i dont see this project name in the list of approved projects in SBI website. Please help
