Query regarding Asset Aura

Hi All,
I am planning to buy a flat in Asset Aura.I am not sure why they were not able to sell some of these 3bhks. Wanted to know more about the project for which possession was over in 2015 itself. I hope people staying there can answer my question very well. Also it would be great if you can tell me what is the reason for the delay in selling some of these flats.

Hi Udanesh,
Even I was planning to buy an apartment in Asset Aura. However, they refused to tell me which units are vacant and hence I was not able to select the unit of my choice. I don’t know but they are just not saying anything about the number of vacant units as well. So didn’t go with Asset Aura. Do let me know if you go ahead with this and if you find anything useful.
