one of my friend bought apartment from owner share at krishna ikon and his experience with owner/builder is worst. If you are buying from builder share you are safe. if you are planning to buy from owner it is life worst decision of your life. my friend has put in hard earned money in krishna ikon and he is crying everyday.

my friend bought apartment last year and still owner/builder never cared to fix any issue. owner reps will talk very sweet till agreement and then they show their  real face. my friend has leakage issue, ceiling cracks, bathroom tiles work incomplete, damaged walls, poor electrical within apt and tons of structural defects within apt. All the top floor apt have ceiling cracks/leakages and you have to fix it i.  if you buying owner share, please save your hard earned money and invest somewhere else  or you will regret entire life.
