I had booked a unit in Salarpuriya Sattva Laurel Heights, Hessarghatta and  got the agreement for sale & construction yesterday. Agreement they have sent is between “Queo Properties” and Buyer (myself). Is this alright? My impression was that the contract will be between Salarpuria and buyer, but seems like Saparpuria is only the promoter with no real legal obligation? Any suggestion / advice on the matter is highly appreciated.
