Questions: Shriram Chirping Woods

I visited the property recently…Liked the location very much….plan to book one soon.

However if any of the owners can provide some pointers on the following that would be of great help!

1. What are the cons of the project?

2. How is the builder progressing on construction?

3. They are quoting 5500 psft now…how much is the ongoing rate in the area given that it is Shriram and not Purva, Brigade?

Hi,

 

I know atleast 2 people who  have booked in shriram properties(Spandana in chhallaghatta and smrithi on sarjapur road) and they are very happy with their investments.

Yes they are qu0ting very high prices. But everyone is doing the same in the proximity of Wipro office.

 

I am also looking at that project. So let me know if you are able to get a lower price than this.

Booked a flat in Chirping Woods…Got an offer for 5100/= as part of block deal…

You can check with them once.
