I was looking for a villa in Budigere Cross and came across Radiance Emerald. They have a heritage of 70+yrs in construction. This is 2nd project in Bangalore but they are quite good as a builder. Their price for a villa is 5199/Sqft comes under RERA and BMRDA approval. I need to know more has i already have the clarity about builder coz already spoke to customers who have booked and very much satisfied.
