I am planning to buy a 3bhk flat in Ramky one north.But before booking would like to know thoughts on following

1.how good is the location?I heard it is near  railway track?

2. In phase 2 the current quote is Rs3400.Can I get some better deal?

3.How is the water situation in the area?
