Aishwarya Grand Hill ruled out due to neighboring BBMP Garbage Dump Yard. I haven’t heard or Tekton Estates, but then looking at their site it seems to be BMRDA approved, but I still not convinced about the location of Tekton Estates.. I have been travelling on this road for 20 years and I hardly see any progress.. I don’t think thats going to change soon.

Hi Harsha, Is there any other issues with Grandhill layout, other than dump yard.. They were quoting Rs1100, the development is also good ( ofcousre it took three years to come to that state). Also they extending the project with Phase 2 on other side. Please let us know if this project has any legal issues?

Has anyone bought a plot here? Layout development seems too slow, and the dump yard is not very nearby. Anyone knows about the water quality here? Or if there is any legal problems?
