Now builder is quoting 4350, Do they negotiate on the price.

After seeing a nice ad in TOI, visited the site today and want to put down my experience here

Location seems nice with multiple approach and I must say they have got a good project with decent pricing but wondered why they aren’t able to sell it after a good year and half since launch (only 50% is booked). From my experience may be one important reason is the marketing/sales team isn’t professional and enthusiastic in making that happen.

I met marketing person William who turned out to be a very rude person. He seemed least interested and anything but courteous in explaining about the project. Got utterly disappointed by the way he spoke. Simple examples: When we asked why there isn’t any water in the lake, his answer was sorry he cannot pour water into the lake to fill it. How can you answer like that to someone one who is probably shelling out fortune to buy property there? another one is will all the apartment residents have access to Villa area, he said of course otherwise Villa residents will not have access to amenities that are in apartment complex. I’ve visited many properties and projects in bangalore and I haven’t had this kind of experience.

We asked few other questions and he was rude in answering every one of them.

After a long drive in raffic jam from JP nagar we hoped its all going to be worth it but we didn’t even feel like checking out the model Villa after talking to Williams. We came back disappointed with heavy heart as we really did liked the project and expected at least a courteous discussion.

This isn’t a flame against the project  (in fact we loved the project/plan) but couldn’t resist sharing the experiencing after all that we went through. May be William was having a bad morning and we ended up being the victims 🙁

Has anyone bought an apartment here recently? I also visited the site recently and the plans look good.

The staff was courteous and took time in explaining the project. Though there is no model apartment, there is a model villa and it looks nice. The apartments do not have the same specifications, so difficult to imagine what it would look like. Let me know if any others have booked recently how much price negotiation is possible? Right now quoted at 4850/- Sq.ft and and also lot of additionals and coming around 1.1cr for a 1850 sq.ft 3 BHK.

A little on the higher side, but projects around have a simillar quote.

Can any owner give their latest review on this project, is it worth buyin in that area?

I am also planning for a site visit this weekend and was wondering if anyone has recently booked. Currently they are quoting a very high price of Rs 5700 sft. I like the plan and it looks spacious compared to other projects i have visited. Has come across recently with any issues and legalities for this property?
