Hi Harsha/all,
Anybody can provide some review feedback of the recently pre-launched project of KSR Palatial Abode
near budigere. It is near to Signature Tulips. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
They are quoting a price of 3990/- for a pre-lauch for row houses.

Thanks Sudhir for your reply. My friend did not close the deal so they maybe correct that they did not sell at Rs 3400/-. I did some search for Signature Tulips. I came across a yahoo group where many people have bought and registered site in Tulips. I talked to 2 of them. They did not encounter legal issues for their site. Can you give more details. Even I am interested in Tulips but they say they have sites in the non-released (40%) quota and so I am a bit hesitant. But I heard that Signature quotes different prices to different people.

I have booked in this project almost 4 months back..
They said work will started end of November.. They started the work.. But very slow.. And they still in the process of getting the Bank approvals.. I heard from them that tehy got booking for around 45 houses..
