Hello Sir , I booked a flat in Kadugodi . When  I did the legal verification with a lawyer , she is telling that the land was sold by a lady( since her husband was dead at that time )  in 1989 when that lady age was 55. So there is no legal heir mentioned in that document .

After that transaction , two more transaction happened . Now the current owner is doing development with the builder , that means a joint development .

Please let me know is there any issue in this land , do I need to proceed or not ?
