I have not booked any site or plot from this builder.  But I know that he has forged the documents of the original owner and he has done GPA to his wife,s name and then he has bought the property from his wife. There is a case in the court and by all means the property will go to original owner.  You will lose all your hard earned money.

First homes and Benaka Developers are very honest builders.We cancelled our plot due to personal financial issues but they paid back money immediately on the date which they committed

Its been almost a year since I have given the advance to buy these plots but there is no substantial development with respect to BMRDA/ Bank approvals.

I am seriously thinking now of dropping out from this project. If anybody is having any info on the latest development, pls share

I suggest we meet him as a team. Talk to him and get his commitment on the Approval date. (One last time). The project has been dragging for quite long.

Regarding survey numbers 197/198/199/200, First Homes shared land conversion documents with me. Since most of the document in Kannada I could not make out much of it. I don’t see any way of attaching document here.  I pasting conversion document for survey no. 200 here.
