Hi, i called them today. They said price is 3400 per sq ft. It is pre launch offer, project is awaiting approval from BDA. It off hennur road. 6.5 Km to Hennur road and 9 Km to ORR. Is it worth the price? is samruddhi reputed builder?

Shocking response from Samruddhi Rhythm project delayed by 1 year

The tentative milestones of the Project as follows:

1.       The structure work is excepted to complete in the month of November 2015.

2.       Block work- March 2016

3.       Plastering- June 2016

4.       Tiling work- Sep 2016

5.       Electrical and 1 coat of painting – December end /2017  January

Please note that the above mentioned milestones are tentative and is subject to conditional changes.
