I’m planning to buy a flat in Whitefield and have narrowed down on a property. It’s a 2BHK with 2 balconies in the north (facing swimming pool). Location is excellent and very well ventilated.

The only challenge is that it’s entrance is South facing. I do not care about Vastu but will it be difficult for me to resell later in case I need to? Please advice.
