I have been looking for a plot for end use where I can build my home.

I came across Origin harmony grooves through one of my friends…

Liked the location (1.5 km from OMR and on the road connecting OMR and Whitefield(Kadugudi) ..area is called seegehalli) and the area is picking up rapidly.

Would like to know your opinion here before proceeding further.

Few  cents from my side:-

Pros:-

1. Good location

2. Legally clear title for the land (legally verified)

3. Good  layout…I have rarely seen such rectangular shaped land parcel..:-)

Cons:-

1. Price is a bit higher side..corner plot is quoted 3800/-

2. No other amenities except sewage, lights etc.

3. Land is A-katha/DC Converted/BDA NOC but A-katha not yet for the individual plots..(friend says this issue they are trying to resolve with builder due to the ongoing court judgement on betterment charges and issuance of A-katha etc.

4. Reputation of builder Kemp raju from Origin:-Friend says builder is delaying/overlooked quite a few things.. e.g. Power is yet to come, children park is missing(though it was in brochure)

Note:- I see quite a few constructions going on in the plot..
