It is advised by many that the North Bangalore is going to develop a much fatser pace, keeping this in mind I
am keen to purchase a residential site within 15-20 Kms from BIA. I have seen two lay-outs very close to Nandi’
Hills ( Road from NH 7 to Prestige Golf shire ) and the price is between Rs 800 to Rs 1000/sft. I liked these
locations considering the View of Nandi Hills and surrounding area is going to develop. Request to share your
views (a) Location and possibility of development in 5 years horizion, leading to appreciation on land price
(b) the price band is good to invest? ……Sanjeev

The location is good and will surely develop in the next several years.
The price depends on how far is this from the NH7. 1000 seems to be on higher side. It all depends on who is selling and their credibility/reputation in the market.
