Review about Disha Central Park

Has anyone booked a flat in Disha Central Park?
I feel they are charging too much as first time builders as they don’t have any operational buildings in Bangalore or any other cities. How much have they quoted the price to you for Disha Central Park. They seem to increase the price twice a month which is not the trend and by 500 rs. Now, that’s called money crazy.
Did anybody receive the price break up for flat in hand when you go there in person or in email?
Why the pricing is being sent over email. Here there is no transparency. Need some first hand reviews. Please share your views.

Yes Ruchi we have booked there. Yes i completely agree with you but the plan they are coming with almost as any good builder and the quality they mentioned you can compare with good builders.
We all got mail from builder (i.e 2nd feb) that they are lunching project this monday(8-feb-2015) and going to increase the price to 4500 sq/ft. Last 3 months i am following them that there price is 3900 sq/ft base price. What price they quoted you ?
