Review against Heritage Plaza @ Dodannakundi by Heritage builders

Hi,

Today i visited Heritage Plaza By Heritage Builders. Are there anyone who booked Flat in that apartments??? He is Quoting 4500/sqft… Is this reasonable in that area??? If anybody knows abt any property around that area..please inform.. i am new to that area…
