Review of MIMS Habitat

Hi,

I am planning to buy a property in Hennur-Thanisandra area (ready to move) and we have shortlisted MIMS Habitat. The rate we are getting is 4200 per sft.

1) Has anyone purchased this property? Any first hand experience?

2) Does the property have all clearances?

3) Is there something too good to be true? What about the neighbouring land… or the land on which the project is built… is everything okay?

Please let me know to the best of your knowledge. There are very few units available so request to please reply soon.

Given the location of the project, prices are very funny, say thanks to them on my behalf for making me laugh 🙂

For such price, you could get flat close to outer ring road, than going 6+ kms inside hennur road.

We checked many other properties in the same area like Orchid Woods and Arge Helion, this came to be most reasonable. Of course, there’s no apple-to-apple comparison as the names I just mentioned are large-sized projects… but still, Habitat is ready to move in already.

Will check other projects on ORR. Can you recommend any (ready to move)?

Hi,

i have purchased an apartment at mims habitat. the paperwork, approvals etc are proper according to my lawyer. after checking out multiple projects in the vicinity, I too, like you felt mims was reasonable. They have promised possession from 10 june
