Review of Splendid builder and Splendid Royal – HSR 2nd Sector

Hi,
Anyone know about the Splendid Royale property in HSR 2nd sector?
The sq ft rate they are quoting is 4200/psqft. I would like to know the review of Splendid builder and their properties in bangalore.

Splendid Royale is in a mess, thanks to the builder and the ex-land owner, No proper hand over by the builder, lot of pending issues still…Deviations from the original plan…Builder has constructed 2 pent houses . Association is not able to run because land owner is not contributing for his flats….There were couple of sales from land owner and he collected money from the buyers and never contributed to the association…
