Any update on s2housing

As per the latest update, they are done with the approval part and just waiting for the BMRDA number. Have you guys been to the site recently? If not,  please have a visit and let me know if there is any difference in how it looked before and how it is now? I am interested to purchase a flat but little skeptical on whether to go for it?? 🙁

Hi all, I have taken 2 plots for me and my cousin, felt comfortable as the complete property they have purchased outright and i went through the land documents & its clear, the best part is they have Apartment Block and layout as a gated community, they should have the BMRDA approval number with in this monthend, I felt this property will have a great appreciation and a good value for money, they have started the development work with road metaling & pavements and a concrete boundary wall around the layout, please let me know if you have any feedbacks

Hi all , They got BMRDA approval.

Yes… Approval is done!! I got the BMRDA approval number. However, it would take about 10 days time for them to recieve all the approval documents. Jan 16th 2013 is when they would kick start the work for the apartment and I’m told the possession is by Jan’14 instead of July’14. At the max, they will stretch until April’14. Looks like a postive sign. Fingers crossed!!

BMRDA Approval is Done,,,,, Y’day visited found no development inside the layout,,, but good news is the approach road from sompura circle till the site. S2housing is developing and taring it. The best part is the price,,,  I have got a price appreciation of almost Rs.200/- per sqft its more than 3 lacs in 3 months!!!!!!!!! Thanks William Hats Off to you……………………

BMRDA Approval is Done  and approved map is also available.

Rates have crossed 1900 rs/sqft in plots and marching towards 2000

plot rates will cross 2500 by june

Can anyone update me on the status of BMRDA approval documents? Are the paper works been done? Do they have approval documents ready so that I can have the lawyer to review it?

I went there and they showed me the BMRDA approved map . I found that few plot owners has already applied for loan as registration is due in second week of feb.

There is one BMRDA approval for plot project which they have got and the other one for apartments which i didn’t inquire.

Thanks gtyagig.  I guess there should be one approval for both plot and flat in S2 Housing.

Do we have any flat owners ( Avantika – Apartment ) here who can update me on whether or not the BMRDA approval documents are ready? Also, Has the work been started already? The promised date to commence the work was 16th Jan 2013

Has some one verified if the approval number is correct, BMRDA approval plan which they show doesn’t bear Approval number, any signature/seal from BMRDA, it doesn’t even have the developer’s name/address. Do BMRDA give these kind of approval nowadays?

I received BMRDA Approval letter .its a single page document ,here they mentioned two developers name and address.

I don’t think any bank would give loan on this letter and incomplete layout approval plan. Hence the bottom line is that the layout can not be called as BMRDA approved layout as of today.

I also booked a plot. Its good location actually, Last week I saw them working on road from sompura circle till layout.  I am planning to build a house by June 2013 as william said the project completion for villa plots is April 2013. Any suggestions on this?

I booked for 1st phase, plot number 29, corner site, its an odd size so it was only available in phase1. I am planning to start construction by July 2013. whats your plot number?

I checked the documents with a lawyer, He said documents looks okay, and he asked few more documents. I have asked the remaining documents with william, He has sent yesterday. I have to check with lawyer again.
