Can any one, who has purchased a plot,tell me if the loan was processed by the banks  with the existing BMRDA Approvals?I am planing to buy a plot but they are demanding half the payment immediately and say that I can go for the loan for the rest half!!

Hi all, Any updates from S2

The last weekend I visited the site and they are doing marking of roads and plots. Does anyone received any information on BMRDA approvals or registration of plots. Willam said in 1st Phase some 52 plot owners are registering the plots.

They may be registered thru Cash.

But for bank loan they got all documents?

I called william today, and asked about the BMRDA approval. He said they are expecting in this week. and registration can be done by this month end.

I am Ravi , planning to book a plot in S2 Avani.  As I see , there is lot of difference in the layout posted in the website and the recent layout plan what I have got from them. The plot numbers are entirely different. Did any one of you noticed the change and enquired the builder about the same.

Did any one of you verified the legal documents with any of the lawyer? I have been informed that the plot no -1 ( North east corner) site as per the latest layout plan is not booked. Did any one of you found the reason for the same?

Before BMRDA approval the layout plan was different.. I booked plot number 6 before apporval but after approval it become 29. I have verified documents with a lawyer, he had asked some more documents and I have asked the same with william. He said he will provide me. I am not sure that plot number 1 is booked last time. When I booked in december 2012, that plot was not available.

Just heard from William that BMRDA released the list of of first 40% plots.  Any idea and if your plot is released in first phase, please write here. We will form a yahoo group to negotiate with banks for interest rates and processing fee.
