Varthur has witnessed good amount of development this year, so it may not be long when the place gets populated. Off late i have noticed some people started building houses. And in ours owners watsapp, many people will start constructing once the club house is completed. Since i have bought the plot for an investment purpose few years back, i want to sell it now. It is a Gated Community, Fully developed, Full Developed with Tar Roads, Water, sewage connection and Parks and also BMRDA approved.
