I have booked a villa in Sai Srushti sangamam Hosur., in April 2013 and i was told that the project will be approved by HNTDA in a month, but till now it is not approved and they keep on telling it will happen next week and next week…….. It is almost an year and not yet approved . I am not sure whether their top management is concerned about this project.

Hi Thanks for the info. They have that but now it is getting delayed unnecessarily for registration. no proper reason is spelled out, really dont know what is happening inside. And people are kept in dark.

I also came across Sai Srushti group and heard from a close friend that as of last year (june 2013) registrations had begun and construction of villas has started in a brisk pace; it seems close 20-30 villas have been planned for possession in the next few months… and new management staff seems to do much better job these days..
