I am also looking at this property, went there today. I am little apprehensive of huge setback they have left in front side. I suspect the front of the property is notified for some road(I could see a typical road-widening marking in red also near gate which said +1.0 m). They are quoting 2900/- psqft currently on SBU.

Please let me know your assessment.

I am also interested in this project. Kindly share more details. I was told by one of the representatives, that they have approval from HDFC bank as well. I am planning to make a visit to the site this coming weekend. I was told that there are only 4 units available. Is there a way we can get some feedback from the folks who have already purchased a property.

Legal consultation would include a check on several documents pertaining to both approvals and titles. I would request you to find out which other banks have approved this project? Are there any public sector banks that have approved the project for loans?

Hi Ashwin,

I have engaged a lawyer and the evaluation process is in progress. The builder was not willing to provide the documents without paying the token advance of 2 lakhs. I somehow managed to get the documents through a friend.

I haven’t been able to decide on this.  HDFC, Axis and IDBI has approved it.  No SBI though.  Since it is a new builder not sure about it.  They have started construction and I too had doubt about the set back on the front.  They are saying it is part of the property, but i am not sure why they would leave that much under utilized if it belongs to them.  Looks something fishy.
