Hi, anyone bought the Samruddhi lake drive? Any feedback -positive / negative

Hello Harsha, Would you be able to provide  your thoughts/inputs on Samruddhi lake drive and Mystic wind projects please?I see that you have info about almost all projects on ur blog except these 🙁

Some issues with lake drive that I came to know

– Part of the land where the public amenities are planned is being held by BDA and not delivered back to the builder. Builder is trying to reclaim without paying and quoting that rules have changed. Unfortunately utilities and STP are planned in that area. As long as this is not resolved, residents cannot move in, neither can common amenities work be set up. They have refrained from giving a date on this.

– There is a pipeline flowing from one lake to another cutting thru the property. Under the road. Tomorrow there can be digging work by public works to resolve any issues. Builder is silent about this.

– As per the villa plan there is a disconnected room on the terrace. If it rains then one needs an umbrella to get on the room on the 3rd floor. This is a less of a problem comparatively.
