Hi,

As I mentioned before I have bought a flat in Sankalp Cherry Blossom. Most of the inquiries I got through e-mail had a common question, what made me buy a flat there.

So here it is:

1. I did not want to pay hefty price for a flat just because from a “branded” builder. At the same time I did not want to compromise on the quality.

2. I am a software engineer and ideal location for me is Whitefield, Outer ring road, and electronic city or a locality in between these areas.

3. I wanted well planned flat design as well as decent amenities like swimming pool, gym and jogging area.

4. Weekends for me is shopping or watching movies. This locality is pretty close to Form Value Mall, Park Square and Phoenix.

5. I am generally a healthy person rarely visit hospitals (not a touch wood person as well). Still better to be close to hospital in case of emergencies – Columbia Asia and Yashomathi Hospitals are  pretty close by.

6. I am not married yet but going to get soon. Haven’t thought about schools but I know there are few good international schools located in varthur to sarjapur road (need a deep pocket though!!).

7. Connectivity is always a primary concern. The road leading to varthur village is quite narrow but there is a peripheral ring road planned nearby.

8. There are many builders coming up with new projects in that area. So the land price and locality is bound to improve.

9. Finally the one that made me to go for it is the beautiful lake view!! 🙂 Avoid going close to it though.

I have bought a flat in Sankalp Cherry Blossom – Flat B 108.

I booked it in the month of Feb 2014 and got my agreement done by March. I got the housing loan approved from SBI.

The documents are clean and they have also agreed to provide OC during registration. I liked their building plan and its also vastu compliant. The construction quality is good and work progress is on schedule.

I have purchased a flat in Sankalp Constructions three months back and till now i didnt face any legal problems in whatsoever ma banking loan was sanctioned within 20 days and they are up-to-date with their work and they inform updating status of the project.

I had searched for many projects before booking and i am unable to find such type of quality anywhere and the pleasant atmosphere .

I am currently working in pune.Already booked a flat in Cherry bloosm July 2014.I search around 2 to 3days over 15 projects in varthur. The thing i like most is it’s vicinity.The Lake view is good one.It’s little far form the main road so polution is less too (as of now).They have approval from SBI,LICHFL and HDFC.I got the loan sanctioned from LICHFL.As of now work is going on.As per there commitment they provide the flats max by Dec 2015.

Its realy worth of money for Flats… In Coming days it will, we will have good price in this area.

not sure if anyone noticed this, all the review’s and comments are of the people who don’t have a genuine profile and or don’t really exist on the Internet…. This makes me more suspicious about this builder.

We saw this property and have the same emotions as all the reviews and comments above…. but still hesitant that will he be able to complete the project and keep up with the promises he is making.

What do you mean by Genuine profile?

When we book the flat, 2nd floor was construction. Now almost all floor brick work completed. So, i can see the good progress.

How can you say they will do delay?

Good builder , If they  give road ?  really appreciated , if govt allows them to extend road ? is there any permission from government  ? . But project seems good , except elevation . I heard that varthur lakes is polluted  , read many articles in online , too much smell in evening times ?
