Has any one booked a flat in Saroj White sands which is near to Marathhali ORR? There are no reviews, blog/discussion for this project and builder is small I need someone’s help to review this project. They are saying they have sold out 70% of flats. where are the buyers and why there is no discussion?
They have 61 units and price quote is RS 4300. Price looks higher side. They have a swimming pool, gym, party hall, landscaping garden etc.. location is too good so many villas and commercial projects are coming up next to the project. There are 3 Schools nearby. Would request to post your comments about this project.
