Anyone buying apartments from Sekhar Developers?

I am planning to buy Sekhar Hyde park in Immadihalli, Whiltfield. I need customer’s feed back on the builder. I could not find many, in the internet. Does they provide clear documentation of land ownership? What is the quality of their projects? ANY FEEDBACK IS WELCOME.
