Can someone please share his/her opinion about Senorita (1540/1581 sqft) Vs Ivory heights (1486 sqft).

I also want to know what should balconies be facing to have better light/air?

Hi recently i bought apartment in ivory heights,here balcony sizes and facings where good and even lighting was good after 4th floor.I felt good property location wise
