I see a lot of negative reviews for SV Brindavanam. I have already booked a flat there and I am satisfied with my decision.  I have got it verified through lawyers and from legal point of view, everything seems to be OK. I haven’t faced any prob with the loan as well and the builder seems to be a reasonable guy. Basically everyone has their own criteria of buying home. My criteria was to get a flat in a quiet location but in close proximity to ring road. I searched so many of them and finally narrowed down on SV Brindavanam & few others. Then I did a lot of research on internet about all those builders and there is none on which I have found 100% good feedback. The fact is if you look in different forums you will find complaints even against the likes of Brigade, Prestige or Purvankara. Basically every individual has different expectations and it’s difficult to satisfy each one of them. If you have money, better to go with Tier 1 builders or else be ready to take that little amount of risk. I would personally recommend if you are looking for a property near Ring road, take a look at this one.
